BAO List Variants: sDm Kabal "Not Nekkid"

This is the first major variant template. Basically swapping out the Haemonculus with webway, Hellions, and Blasterborn for Farseer, Jetbikes, and Voidravens. If nothing else the list illustrates the options available when we start playing around with points and unit choices while sticking (mostly) to the same template as the first "Nekkid" list.

Although the balance between scoring power, lance power and poison power is always subject to great scrutiny. Or even flying voidravens vs first turn ravagers vs sneaky blasterborn. The real question of merits to be worked out with this list variant is the Farseer. Is he worth it? Is he a must have? My personal opinion seems to be that the Farseer is of great utility value but generally not worth the sacrifice to troops/lance/poison. What do you think?

1st Squad: Oadius' Chosen

Fearless, Suicidal, Battle Hardened: First Squad of the Army of General Oadius

These squishy little humans have made it through more than one battle in the grimdark Warhammer 40k Universe, and they don't plan to make it through another!

They know from first hand experience that the Emperor protects, and death is duty!

Once a guardsman of the 444th makes it to the coveted ranks of the 1st Squad he knows his life is forfeit. No longer will he be one of the lucky handful to escape the horrors of the battlefield. Now he will carry the honor of General Oadius and The Fight directly to the enemy!

Although they live short action filled lives, the Veteran members of the 1st Squad will be handling out the MURDER on a Tabletop near YOU!

444th Special Forces: PBS

The Psychic Battle Squad of the 444th! These squishys are actually some of the heaviest guns in the Imperial Gun Line, which means the Army Of General Oadius could not go without one, or even TWO!

These guys keep the rest of the bunch... focused

We are rocking the old school, pewter for the win!

On the tabletop, the PBS can be full of awesome and utility.

Profanity in Technicolor

Hey guys I have some new Dark Eldar eyecandy.

I used some heavy washes and I have been working with a finer detail brush.

The conversions came across better than I had expected.

A real challenge with the raiders was the full squad of warriors that had to be painted to fit onto the vehicles. I used an electrical mesh look to make the sails seem like power projected between the struts instead of some kind of cloth.

Let me know what you guys think.

Birds Of Prey

The real meat and potatoes of the Gold Arrow Squadron are ole Whitey's pals here marked in Red and Gold!

The Vendetta Squadron comprises just one layer of the sophisticated Air Superiority and Air Defense capabilities of the 444th and the Army of General Oadius.

The Squadron of course boasts handfuls of highly accurate Lascannons and each bird can carry any manner of trooper directly into battle or vital strategic locations. They are sure to be found supporting all parts of the Army Of Oadius.

Circus of the grotesque

Hey guys! I just wanted to share a short video. Here are some of the models from a Dark Eldar commission I have. I have been working very closely with my friend on these and I think they are coming out pretty well. There are a lot more and I will show them all soon.

Thanks for watching.

444th: AIR SUPPORT

Gold Arrow Squadron has arrived to support the 444th over the battlefields of the grimdark Warhammer 40k universe. The Army of General Oadius expands its scope once more with this weeks installment from the MURDER Factory: Imperial Guard Vendetta Squadron.

Starting with 'ole Whitey here, the 444th bring some much respected Air Power to the tabletop:

The Vendetta Squadron, or parts of it - is perfect for bringing 444th Allies along on almost any size mission.

Hunting Mutants back home on Baal or just generally murdering the enemies of the Wolfbrothers - Whitey is ready to go!

Thanks everyone! Stay tuned!
